Episode 51: Coming Soon - "Midlife Savvy" Online Course

Coming Soon….”Midlife Savvy” Online Course

What is it?

A four-week online course for the midlife woman. Think of this as a master class or one stop shop. We have organized the latest evidence-based research on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle for the peri-menopausal or menopausal woman. It will be organized to first educate and then help you practically implement these evidence-based strategies.

Who is the midlife woman?

This sounds quite ambiguous, but the course is not only for women currently in midlife. The earlier you start with these habits, the better. It is also never too late to start. Every woman will experience peri-menopause or menopause at different times, but we believe that you can never start too early with these lifestyle and nutrition habits that will improve your life at any stage — not just midlife.

Some of what is included…

We offer a variety of resources to help you start applying what you learn. Examples of what is included:

  • 4 Week Strength Training Program to follow throughout the course ( Resistance Training is a big area of opportunity in the research for women in or around peri-menopause). We have created a plan you can do at home or at a gym with only a few dumbbells and bands.
  • End of the Course Video Call with Coaches: that month’s cohort will be able to ask the coaches and questions at the end of the course and connect with coaches for next steps if needed
  • Example cardio training plan that fits with strength program
  • Example week walking you through you how to track protein intake in a food logging app THEN transition you to a meal blueprint resource so you don’t have to track or log the rest of your life
  • Engaging educational videos on each topic

More to come on the launch date and other details. We are so excited to share this with you all!!
