Vulcan Body Project is a crash course on how the body operates during and for movement. Our bodies were made to be most powerful and most explosive in certain patterns and progressions, and not coincidentally, when we move with optimal power and strength we also move in a style that is most healthy.
This course will lay a foundation of knowledge for the body. It is the basics that no one talks about but everyone should.
