Warmup
2 Rounds:
- 2 Burpees
- 4 High Knees
- 6 Side Lunges (3 each leg)
- 10 Knees to Elbows
Workout
20-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):
- 5 Burpees
- 10 High Knees (5 each side)
- 16 Side Lunges (8 each side)
- 20 Knees to Elbow
- 3 Minute Walk/Jog/Run (this is not rest)
Extra Credit
15-minute walk
