Vulcan Performance Cycle Strength
At Vulcan Performance we believe in staying active throughout injury. And depending on the injury, many times we can. This template is designed for the cyclist. From the 45 miles a day competitor, the climb Mt. Everest extreme biker, to the leisure cycle to work enthusiast.
In this template we have created a strength and conditioning/pre-hab program to address the most common issues that bikers typically have. These issues range from cervical neck, low back, and to the knees. The program may be used to rehabilitate those injured areas or to bulletproof your body against any problems that may arise in the areas.
It is an 8 week program that follows a proggresional pattern. We will not throw the book at you, just lightly place.
